Ashirvad Home

While helping adult HIV patients, we observed the plight of the children of these families. Ashirvad Children’s Home was started in July 2004 with 11 orphans/semi- orphans affected/infected by HIV/AIDS. As of September 2019, we have 30 children between the ages of 6-22. Since 2004, altogether 61 children have profited from Ashirvad Home. Total of 27 of 61 children have had or is currently having the privilege of college education.

The children are given residential facility, a nourishing diet to fight secondary infections, as well as English medium education for a bright future. Two of our girls have graduated with Master’s degrees and are working in their fields.
